WINE MAKING
Our Pinot Rose was harvested in the cool mornings of late March.
We pressed the Pinot grapes with minimal skin contact and fermented them very cool to retain as much as possible of the elegant floral flavours. Left on the original yeast for an extra two months allowed the addition of a little more complexity without distracting from the primary flavours.
TASTING NOTE
Delicious aromas of strawberries and cream introduce our Pinot Noir Rose. The palate is balanced beautifully with flavours of rose petal and strawberries. Wonderful summer drinking.
