Winemaking
Harvested in the early mornings in March from our Flett Road vineyard, Pinot Gris fruit was delivered to the winery in perfect condition. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensured the stonefruit and spicey aromas were captured and held.

Tasting Note
Rich and concentrated, our Florals Pinot Gris is succulent and juicy with pear and spice aromas. Subtle, balanced sweetness delivers a delicious finish.
