WINE MAKING
Harvested in the cool mornings of late March. The Chardonnay grapes were brought in to the winery in pristine condition and gentle pressed. The juice was then fermented in warm French oak puncheons and aged for ten months on yeast lees to develop texture, richness and ripe fruit flavours before being prepared and bottled.
TASTING NOTE
Fruit driven and smooth, our 2022 Chardonnay features delicious white peach and nectarine aromas, with subtle French oak puncheons and lees aging adding complexity. The palate is concentrated and moreish displaying fine minerality and incredibly length of flavour.
