WINE MAKING
Perfectly ripe grapes from our Moutere clay 'Flett Road' vineyard were harvested in the cool early mornings at the beginning of March. Cool stainless steel fermentation with brief lees aging has realised intense stone fruit and spice aromas with fantastic palate weight and a long mineral finish.
TASTING NOTE
This moreish Pinot Gris is bright and aromatic, busting with peach, pear and softly spicy ginger character. It’s fresh, yet rich and mouth-filling, with smooth lingering flavours. Delicious as an aperitif shared with friends.
