Torrent Bay Chardonnay 2023

WINE MAKING

Harvested in the cool mornings of late March, this single vineyard Chardonnay was gently pressed to tank. The settled juice was then fermented in French oak puncheons, then aged on yeast lees for 9 months before being prepared for bottling.

TASTING NOTE

Fruit driven and smooth, delicious white peach and nectarine aromas, with subtle French oak puncheons and lees aging adding complexity. The palate is concentrated and moreish displaying fine minerality and incredible length in flavour.
