Wine Making 

Located in the heart of the Nelson Region, Motueka Winemakers & Growers
is a family owned winery, who hold firmly the belief that the rich fertile soils
surrounding the Motueka township, coupled with balmy sea breezes, and
some of New Zealand's consistently highest sunshine readings are the ideal
climate in which to craft their aromatic wines. Grapes from our vineyards in
the nearby Moutere add a further dimension to our range of classic
aromatic varieties.

Tasting Note

Dark cherry and berry fruit aromas with hints of cedar and spicy notes on the nose. The palate is smooth and full bodied with ripe juicy, dark berry flavours and lingering fine tannins. This elegant Pinot Noir is delicious served with duck, salmon or aged cheese.
