Wine Making

The fruit was harvested early in the morning whilst the grapes are still cool to lock in those perfumed aromas. The grapes were then de-stemmed and left sitting on the skins for several hours before pressing. Followed by a slow cold ferment, we managed to keep all the intense floral flavours.

Tasting Note

Anchorage Estate Viognier 2026 displays expressive aromas of white peach and ripe stone fruit, complemented by subtle floral nuances. The palate is rich and textured, with concentrated fruit flavours balanced by bright, refreshing acidity. A succulent, lingering finish completes this elegant expression of Viognier and its distinctive terroir.
