Florals by Anchorage Rose 2024

WINE MAKING
Our Rose was harvested in the cool mornings of late March. We pressed the grapes with minimal skin contact and fermented them very cool to retain as much as possible of the elegant floral flavours. Left on the original yeast for an extra month allowed the addition of a little more complexity without distracting from the primary flavours.

TASTING NOTE
Elegant and refreshing, with flavours of ripe red berries (raspberry, cranberry) and delicate floral notes carrying through. A crisp acidity balances hints of stone fruits like nectarine and apricot, complemented by a soft, mineral-driven finish.
