Wine Making

Harvested in beautiful condition in late March 2025 from our Flett Road and Umukuri Road home block, our Sauvignon Blanc underwent gentle pressing and cool fermentation, capturing wonderful tropical aromas and flavours, combined with a subtle undercurrent.

Tasting Note

Bursting with vibrant aromas of tropical passionfruit, ripe citrus and delicate citrus blossom. Fresh, bright and mouth-watering on the palate, it reveals layers of juicy grapefruit, lime and tropical fruit, balanced by a subtle mineral edge. Crisp acidity carries the wine through a long, refreshing finish, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and ripe fruit.
