Perfectly ripe grapes from our Moutereclay 'FlettRoad' vineyards were harvested in the cool early mornings in the middle of March. Cool stainless steel fermentation with brief lees aging has realised intense stone fruit and spice aromas with fantastic palate weight and a long mineral finish.
