This Sauvignon Blanc was machine harvested in the cool mornings of late
March, then destemmed and gently pressed to tank. Representing our finest
parcels from 2023 the Reserve Sauvignon Blanc was fermented using
selected yeast stains and allowed to sit on gross lees post fermentation to
enhance texture and flavour.
With pungent aromas of passionfruit and lime citrus, the palate is clear and vibrant with lovely citrus notes. Bright acidity with generous mouthfeel land minerality leads in to a long finish. Chilled as is, after a hard days work, or with a tasty white meat dish like chicken, as well as delicious seafood such as crayfish or scallops.
