Wine Making

The Reserve Sauvignon Blanc was machine harvested during the cool early mornings of late March, then destemmed and softly pressed into tanks. Showcasing our best vineyard blocks from the year, this Reserve Sauvignon Blanc underwent fermentation with carefully chosen yeast strains and was aged on gross lees after fermentation to develop enhanced texture and depth of flavor.

Tasting Note

Anchorage Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2023 presents intense aromas of passionfruit and zesty lime. The palate is crisp and lively, featuring fresh citrus flavors. A bright acidity combined with a rich mouthfeel and subtle minerality culminates in a prolonged finish. Enjoy it well chilled after a busy day or paired with flavorful white meats like chicken, as well as exquisite seafood such as crayfish or scallops.
