Wine Making  

This wine is a harmonious blend of three varietals: Sauvignon Blanc, 
Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. The Sauvignon Blanc contributes a vibrant 
crisp acidity, the Pinot Gris adds fruit sweetness and the subtle rose 
petal aromas, while the Pinot Noir imparts a touch of ripe red summer 
berry character.
