WINEMAKING

Harvesting in the cool mornings of late March, our 2024 Pinot Gris is an expression of our Flett Road and Lodder Lane vineyards. Moutere clay soils and north facing slopes, providing optimum ripeness. Cool stainless steel fermentation captured clean fresh white peach and pear aromas combined with a lovely broad texture from our clay soils.  

TASTING NOTE
Delicious aromas of pear and spice introduce our Sea Breeze Pinot Gris. The palate is rich and balanced with subtle well balanced sweetness that delivers a moreish, long finish.  A beautiful expression of a medium style Nelson pinot gris.
