WINE MAKING

Harvested in beautiful condition in early April 2024 from our Flett Road and Umukuri Road home block, our Sauvignon Blanc underwent gentle pressing and cool fermentation, capturing wonderful tropical aromas and flavours, combined with a subtle undercurrent.

TASTING NOTE

Leaping out of the glass, our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc fills the room with aromas of tropical passionfruit and ripe citrus. Fresh and mouth-watering, the beautifully balanced palate lingers on and on.
