It's elegantly lifted on the nose with apricot, fig, rockmelon and crunchy apple characters with a hint of spicy overtone. The palate displays ripe fruit intensity with supple texture and bright acidity, finishing lingering and refreshing. At its best: now to 2026. $20.00.
WINE MAKING
The fruit was harvested early in the morning whilst the grapes are stillcool, to lock in those perfumed aromas. The grapes were then de-stemmed and left sittingon theskins for several hours before pressing. Followed bya slow coldferment, wemanaged tokeep alltheintense floral flavours.
TASTING NOTE
Our 2023 Viognier has delicious white peach aromas that leap from the glass. The palate has concentrated stone fruit and floral flavour's with a wonderful succulent finish.
