It's elegantly lifted on the nose with apricot, fig, rock melon and crunchy apple characters with a hint of spicy overtone. The palate displays ripe fruit intensity with supple texture and bright acidity, finishing lingering and refreshing. At its best: now to 2026. $20.00.

WINE MAKING

The fruit was harvested early in the morning whilst the grapes are still cool, to lock in those perfumed aromas. The grapes were then de-stemmed and left sitting on the skins for several hours before pressing. Followed by a slow cold ferment, we managed to keep all the intense floral flavours.
